KILLARNEY CAKE POLICIES We will contact you within business 2 days or earlier (depending on date needed). We will send an invoice to your email within 24 hours after finalizing your order. Payment must be paid as soon as invoice is received. Unless special arrangements are made. Once your product is picked up, it is your responsibility. Instruction on how to care for your product will be given when picking up. Your Sweets are very fragile, please handle with care. NEVER LEAVE CAKE IN YOUR CAR. We do not offer refunds but do know life happens, so we do our best to be flexible. We ask that you pick up your product on time otherwise we will need to reschedule.
